Step 1
乌鸡去皮斩件,用滚水川烫洗净。Remove skin from chicken and cut into pieces. Blanch in boiling water, rinse and set aside.
Step 2
药材洗净滴干。Briefly rinse the herbs. Drain well.
Step 3
把所有材料(鲜淮山除外)放入炖盅里,以中火炖2小时。Place all ingredients except the huai san into a double-boiler tureen. Double-boil over medium heat for about 2 hour.
Step 4
加入鲜淮山,继续炖20分钟即可熄火调味。Add in fresh huai san and continue to double-boil for 20 minutes. Add salt to taste.
